My name is Cathy, and my journey into holistic health began out of personal necessity.
In 2008 I became seriously ill when my two sons were just toddlers. Despite visiting multiple doctors, answers were hard to come by. After a long struggle, I was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease.
This experience opened my eyes to the gaps in conventional healthcare—especially when it comes to chronic illness. I knew there had to be another way to gain clarity about one’s health, not just for myself, but for others in similar situations.
In 2015, I founded Simple Solutions in Salisbury, Maryland. My goal was to create an Electro-Dermal Screening office that offers safe, non-invasive, and affordable assessments to help people uncover the energetic imbalances at the root of many health issues.
As a Certified Electro-Dermal Screening (EDS) Practitioner, I’ve received advanced training from both New Jersey and Utah. I utilize state-of-the-art computerized screening software that evaluates thousands of biomarkers in the body. This allows me to identify potential issues such as:

Whether in person or through hair analysis, I work with both people and pets to help uncover hidden stressors and guide them toward better health.
